SERVICES AND PRICING
DOG WALKING
We can collect your dog from your home, drive them to a location such as beach, park etc and give them a fun walk along with other well socialised dogs. After the walk, your dog will be towel dried and returned home for you.
This service is ideal for those that are out at work all day as we can break your dogs day up for them or it is also equally good for those dogs that just require some more socialisation and some fun with their friends! We cover Jarrow, Hebburn and Bill Quay.
Group walks are between 8.30am and 2.30pm, Monday to Friday and the dogs will be grouped together depending on temperament and energy levels. We will always try and accommodate the most appropriate time for you, however we cannot guarantee an exact time due to having to accommodate other dogs aswell. We will only walk up to 4 dogs per handler as per local authority rules.
We also have some slots available for solo walks if you would prefer your dog to be walked on a one to one basis. Solo walks will be available after 2.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Dogs will be assessed prior to walking to ensure they are suitable for a group environment.
Dogs will only be allowed off lead with your written consent.
Photos and videos of our walks are uploaded to our social media pages on a regular basis.
HOME BOARDING
We pride ourselves on our home boarding service being exactly what it should be. Home from home for your dog(s)! They will be looked after in our family home, which has 2 enclosed gardens. We do not use kennels or crates (unless your dog is already using one at home) and we do not have a separate 'dog area'. Our home is their home for the duration of their stay. Their home comforts will be replicated as closely as possible to try and ensure as little disruption as possible to their usual routine. We do ask that you bring their own bed or blanket for their stay. You will also need to provide their usual food/treats for the duration of their stay. We do ask that boarding dogs are able to settle calmly in their own company for a maximum of 3 hours.
We have lots of enrichment activities here too which will help stimulate their brain.
Walks are included in the daily charge. Our usual routine is 2 walks per day during the week, which we try and vary as much as possible. On a weekend we often visit a local Dog Park with agility/natural agility equipment which we can include your dog in should you wish. We also often visit further afield on a weekend too which your dog will be included in. (Such as Northumberland Coast).
We can collect and return your dog for you before and after your holiday should you wish. We find that collecting your dog is less stressful for them as they don't associate it with you 'leaving' them. This service is included in the prices within a 3 mile radius of NE32 postcode, however anything outside of this is £1 per mile.

🐾 PROCESS FOR HOMEBOARDING 🐾
If your dog has not stayed with us before we firstly offer a free meet and greet where we will take your dog, along with our own 2 dogs to an enclosed, secure dog park to allow us to see how your dog responds to us and ensure they get along with our own 2 dogs . All being well, you will be invited to visit us at home, with your dog to see where they will stay, ask any further questions and ensure everyone is happy. We will then arrange an overnight trial ( cost of overnight trial is £50). If all goes well with this then any future bookings can be secured with a 25% deposit and the relevant paperwork will be provided.
We offer 2 timeslots for boarding pick up/drop off which are:-
AM (7am to 9am)
PM (4pm to 6pm)
If your dog is picked up (or dropped off at home by us) by 9am on day of departure then no charge will be made for that day.
We hold a 5 star license with South Tyneside Council and are fully insured through Protectivity.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept unneutered male dogs over the age of 18 months for our boarding service. We also cannot accept a female in season.
WEDDING PACKAGE
We can collect your dog on the morning of your wedding and take to a groomer of your choice if required. We can then bring them to the ceremony or for photos afterwards. We can then either take them back to our home for boarding or we can drop them at a friends or relatives.
This service can be tailored to suit individual requirements. Price depends on service required but a detailed quotation can be provided on request.
OTHER PET SERVICES
We offer a pop in service for cats/other small animals where we will visit your home to feed, clean out any litter trays and generally make sure everything is OK while you are away.This service allows your cat to remain in their own home.

CANINE FIRST AID
Every pet owner should have knowledge of Canine First Aid as emergencies can always happen and we need to be prepared as best we can. We can highly recommend this course provided by Rachel Bean, Qualified Veterinary Nurse of many years. Rachel has taught, and is still teaching Canine First Aid throughout the UK and the World.
